External Laboratory means a third party laboratory instructed by SBL, with Client’s prior consent, to conduct activities required to complete certain Services as discussed and agreed upon by the Parties.

External Laboratory means a third-party laboratory instructed by SBL, with Client’s prior consent, to conduct activities required to complete certain Services as discussed and agreed upon by the Parties including but not limited to vector construction, MCB manufacturing and characterization, mycoplasma testing, viral clearance studies, and adventitious virus screening.

Examples of External Laboratory in a sentence

  • Lonza may engage an External Laboratory to provide some of the Services provided, that any External Laboratories shall be subject to the same obligations and other provisions contained in this Agreement or any applicable Project Plan.

  • In the event that Customer requests Lonza to outsource certain services to an External Laboratory appointed by Customer, Lonza shall not be responsible for analytical lab services performed by External Laboratories.

  • If Kolltan determines in its reasonable judgment that such recovery amounts are not acceptable, the Parties shall discuss alternatives to using a particular External Laboratory.

  • No External Laboratory has been required in the past for the performance of Services, and none is foreseen by this Agreement.
