External End User definition
External End User means an End User who is not a direct employee of or partner at the Customer;
External End User means an individual who chooses to access the ViSenze Service via a Customer website and/or mobile app made available by the Customer in accordance with terms and conditions between the Customer and each such individual (for example, where the ViSenze Service is or includes returning visual matches to a Query Image as requested by the individual). Feedback has the meaning set out in clause 10.2. Force Majeure an event that is beyond the reasonable control of a Party, including interruptions in Internet services to an area where a Party’s servers are located or co-located and excluding an event to the extent that it could have been avoided by a Party taking reasonable steps or reasonable care. Examples of External End User in a sentence
As an express condition to any use of the End User Software by an External End User, Licensee will require each External End User to acknowledge and agree to be bound by AtHoc’s then-current form of end user Terms of Use (or such other terms and conditions that are materially similar thereto and approved in advance in writing by AtHoc, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld).
In any such case, as between ViSenze and the Customer, the Customer agrees to ensure the lawfulness, accuracy, integrity and quality of all Query Images transmitted to ViSenze by an External End User in the course of using the ViSenze Service.
