External Document definition

External Document means a document included in a Transaction that is “wet-signed” outside the Platform.
External Document has the meaning given in clause 13.9.
External Document means any document generated by or required to be signed by persons other than the Agency. Examples of external documents include contracts to which the Agency is a party that must be signed by a non- Agency party or applications completed by the members of the public and submitted to the Agency.
