External Development Charges (EDC) means the external development charges levied/ leviable by whatever name called or in whatever form with all such conditions imposed by the Government of West Bengal and/or any other competent authority on the said complex and also includes any further increase in external development charges.

• The Vendee agrees that any payment towards External Development Charges (EDC)/ Infrastructure Development Charges (IDC)/ Infrastructure Augmentation Charges (IAC) levied/leviable or any increase thereof by the Government or any other Governmental Authority (ies) shall be paid by the Vendee and any further imposition/levy/charges by whatever name called or in whatever form and with all such conditions imposed, by the Government and / or any Governmental Authority (ies) shall be paid the Vendee.
