External Contributor definition
External Contributor means a Contributor that (i) is not from Customer or an Affiliate or a subsidiary of Customer (i.e. external), (ii) accesses the Product only periodically in order to collaborate with or assist a Contributor, and (iii) does not fulfill, as a primary work responsibility, the actions of a Contributor.
