External Contractor definition

External Contractor means production companies, audio visual companies, television, video or film crews, musicians, bands, live acts and any other performers, toastmasters, florists, photographers and designers and any other person who is contracted by the Client in connection with any of the Services.
External Contractor means any third party entrusted by LONZA, with IMMUCELL’s consent, to conduct activities required to complete the Services, including but not limited to third parties that synthesize DNA or perform tests on the Production Strain, Product or materials derived therefrom;
