External Conference definition

External Conference. In external conference, the agent can’t change ownership to external party and thus can’t leave the conference. If it leaves the conference, it will also drop the call between consulted party and customer. So in order to allow the agent to leave the external conference, the current release provides the capability to transfer the call to external party and can leave the conference. In external conference, POM server will send the transfer capability set to true to enable the transfer button.
