External Caterer definition

External Caterer means the venue approved caterer used by the client in the Venue for the supply of food and service of an Event.

It is the responsibility of the client to sign off on the document prior to the event start date in order to confirm the details outlined within. “Guest” and “Invitee” are the people attending the venue for the Event organised by the Client. “Minimum Spend”, “F&B Minimum” and “F&B Min” refers to the minimum amount the Client needs to spend on food and beverage at their event to book the Venue. “Postponement” means the postponement of the Event in accordance with these terms and conditions. “Services” means the services requested by the Client for the Event as set out in the Contract. “Supplier” means an external supplier of goods and/or services for the Event; “Terms and Conditions” means the terms of use that The Client agrees to abide by in order to use The Venue and the Services. “Venue” means the venue for the Event stipulated in the Contract. “Venue Hire” refers to the amount specified by Amello Pty Ltd as the fee to utilise the Venue for an Event.
