External Appraisal definition

External Appraisal means an adequately supported written opinion of Market Value of the Real Property Asset on a specified date that evaluates the Real Property Asset involved according to accepted appraisal practices and is obtained from and signed by a person who is a real property appraiser accredited by the Appraisal Institute of Canada either as an AACI or CRA, as required.

  • Internal appeal means an internal appeal to the relevant authority in terms of section 74;
