External API definition
External API means an API that enables external applications to access the Subscription Service (e.g., via SOAP- or REST-based interfaces). ServiceNow may publish some API Documentation on its website or wiki pages or may include (or allow users to generate or modify) some APIs in the Subscription Service, including the Configurable Elements.
