Extension Spread definition

Extension Spread means a per annum rate equal to (i) 3.00% for an Extension Event I and (ii) 0.50% for an Extension Event II.
Extension Spread means 0.10% in the event of a Type I Extension and 2.50% in the event of a Type II Extension.
Extension Spread means zero basis points during the three-month period commencing on the Extension Date, increasing by 50 basis points at the beginning of each subsequent 90-day period.
