Extension Service Providers definition
Extension Service Providers means an individual, or a public or private entity with legal personality (including universities, governmental research institutes, consulting firms, agribusiness firms, and non-governmental organizations) that: (a) assists Producer Organizations in adopting new crop and livestock production, post- harvest handling, and marketing technologies; and (b) strengthens Producer Organizations’ capacity to represent and serve their interests and those of their members;
