Extension Privilege definition

Extension Privilege means the Maker's right to extend the Maturity Date of this Note from April 30, 1999 to December 31, 1999, subject to the conditions and according to the procedures set forth below in the paragraph entitled "Extension Privilege."
Extension Privilege means any such rights and limitations set out on membership by the General Assembly on LCs designated as Extensions.

Examples of Extension Privilege in a sentence

  • Paragraph 48 of the original lease, Extension Privilege of Lessee, pertaining to suite 4408 only, is hereby deleted.

  • The term of the Construction Loan shall be four (4) years (the "Initial Period"), with two one (1) year extensions (each one year extension period, an "Extension Period") granted to Borrower (an "Extension Privilege") on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
