Extension Policy definition

Extension Policy means the policies of the Servicer with respect to granting extensions on the Contracts as set forth on Exhibit D hereto.
Extension Policy means (a) as to the period prior to the Closing Date, Borrower's policy regarding Extensions and Due Date Changes, effective from and after October 1, 1996, and (b) as to the period from and after the Closing Date, such policies of Search, current copies of which policies are attached as Schedule 4.19(c) hereto, as any such policies may be amended or modified from time to time in accordance with Section 8.8 hereof.

  • Collection Policy means the collection policy of the initial servicer in effect on the Closing Date attached as Exhibit O to the Indenture, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the Indenture.

  • Credit and Collection Policy means Seller’s credit and collection policies and practices relating to Contracts and Receivables existing on the date hereof and summarized in Exhibit VIII hereto, as modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

You confirm that you have read and agree to our Order Execution Policy as published from time to time on our Online Trading Facility. It is your responsibility to check for any other changes to our Order Execution Policy as published from time to time on our Online Trading Facility. We will consider the continued placement of Orders by you to constitute your continued consent to our Order Execution Policy as in effect from time to time.

  • Modification Guidelines has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(a) of this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement.

  • Best Execution Policy means the Company’s prevailing policy available at the Company’s Website regarding best execution when executing client orders;

  • Extension Agreement shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.15(c).

  • REO Extension As defined in Section 3.16(a).

  • Extension Period has the meaning specified in Section 3.12.

  • Medicare supplement policy means a group or individual policy of [accident and sickness] insurance or a subscriber contract [of hospital and medical service associations or health maintenance organizations], other than a policy issued pursuant to a contract under Section 1876 of the federal Social Security Act (42 U.S.C.   • Underwriting Policy means an underwriting policy approved by Our board of directors;

  • Auto-Extension Letter of Credit has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b)(iii).

  • Master Policy means a single worker’s compensation insurance policy issued by an insurer authorized to do business in this state to an employee leasing company in the name of the employee leasing company that covers more than one client of the employee leasing company.

  • Program Guide The Residential Funding Seller Guide for mortgage collateral sellers that participate in Residential Funding's standard mortgage programs, and Residential Funding's Servicing Guide and any other subservicing arrangements which Residential Funding has arranged to accommodate the servicing of the Mortgage Loans.

  • Extension Amendment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(d).

  • Material Modification means any modification to an Interconnection Request that has a material adverse effect on the cost or timing of Interconnection Studies related to, or any Network Upgrades or Local Upgrades needed to accommodate, any Interconnection Request with a later Queue Position.

  • Material Modifications means any modifications to the material related party transactions which were approved by the Audit Committee or Shareholders during the year which will change the complete nature of the transaction and in case of monetary thresholds which is in excess of 10% of the originally approved transaction, in case of exigencies only.
