Extension Contracts definition

Extension Contracts means any extension, renewal, novation, option exercise or similar action with respect to an Assigned Contract. For the avoidance of doubt, any contract that is awarded to the Buyer following an open bid process shall not be deemed an Extension Contract.

Related to Extension Contracts

  • Construction Contracts means the contracts between Lessee and Contractors for the furnishing of labor, services or materials to the Leased Premises in connection with the construction of the Improvements.
