Extension Bonus means a bonus payable by the Licensee to the Government pursuant to Clause 2.3 in respect of an extension following the Second Extension Exploration Period.

  • The Extension Bonus Shares shall have a maximum hold period under Applicable Securities Laws of four months and one day from their date of issuance.

  • Extended Term Tranche as defined in Subsection 2.10(a).

  • Delayed Draw Term Loan Commitment Termination Date means the earliest to occur of (i) December 31, 2008, (ii) the date the Delayed Draw Term Loan Commitments are permanently reduced to zero pursuant to Section 2.1, and (iii) the date of the termination of the Delayed Draw Term Loan Commitments pursuant to Section 11.1.
