EXTENDED RESEARCH definition

EXTENDED RESEARCH means, as to each Licensed Clone, the research undertaken by CURAGEN before or after the Effective Date hereof pursuant to Sections 2.4.1, 2.5.2 and/or 7.1.3 of the Research Agreement relating to or using such Licensed Clone.
EXTENDED RESEARCH means the research undertaken by CURAGEN pursuant to Sections 2.4.1, 2.5.2 and/or 7.1.3 hereof.
EXTENDED RESEARCH means the Non-directed Research and Directed Research undertaken by CURAGEN pursuant to Sections 2.4.1, 2.5.2 and/or 7.1.3 hereof.
