Extended Payments definition
Extended Payments means each of the payment amounts set forth in Section 2 of the EPA.
Extended Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(b).
Examples of Extended Payments in a sentence
Customer’s obligations hereunder to pay the Extended Payments in full to the Payee are non- cancellable, absolute and unconditional and shall not be subject to, and Customer shall not and may not assert against Payee, any abatement, set off, claim, counterclaim, deferment, adjustment, reduction, or defense of any kind with respect to any Extended Payment.
Licensee’s obligations hereunder to pay the Extended Payments in full to the Payee are non- cancellable, absolute and unconditional and shall not be subject to, and Licensee shall not and may not assert against Payee, any abatement, set off, claim, counterclaim, adjustment, reduction, or defense of any kind.
