Extended Meaning definition
Extended Meaning. Unless the context otherwise requires, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words importing gender include all genders. The words "herein", "hereunder" and words of similar import, unless specifically stated otherwise, refer to the entirety of this Contract, including the Schedules incorporated into this Contract, and not only to the section in which such use occurs.
Extended Meaning. A reference to any one or more of the parties to this Agreement shall be deemed to include a reference to the respective successors and permitted assigns of such party.
Extended Meaning. The word "include(s)" means "include(s), without limitation", and the word "including" means "including, but not limited to" or "including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing", as the context requires.
