If the Administrative Agent delivers a Margin Call to the Sellers on or prior to 10:30 a.m. (New York City time) on any Business Day, then the Sellers shall transfer cash or Additional Purchased Assets to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Buyers no later than (i) 5:00 p.m. (New York City time) that day or (ii) in the case of a Repurchase Margin Call, the Extended Margin Call Deadline.
