SAP may make available Mainstream Maintenance or Extended Maintenance through a single Subscription Software version or a sequence of Subscription Software versions.
For purposes of this provision, “current” means it is covered by Mainstream Maintenance or Extended Maintenance as it’s made available by SAP.
Such desupport notices, which are posted at Oracle’s customer support web site, MetaLink (or Oracle's then current customer support web site), contain desupport dates, information about availability of Extended Support and Extended Maintenance Support and information about migration paths for certain features.
For avoidance of doubt, support services and Mainstream Maintenance (or where applicable, Extended Maintenance) elements provided under this Agreement are solely for the Cloud Service Software and must not be used to support any other SAP products or third-party solutions.
Additionally, during the Extended Maintenance Term, the System Availability Service Level shall not apply to the Cloud Service.
Thereafter, Extended Maintenance will apply for the Subscription Software from January 1, 2028 through December 31, 2030 (“Extended Maintenance Term”).
Software and Hardware provided at no fees or that are designated as retired, discontinued, obsolete or legacy on the Order are not covered by any Maintenance Services, unless explicitly provided otherwise on the Order, e.g. by reference to End-of-Life Maintenance Services or Extended Maintenance Services.
Extended Maintenance Services support Software or Hardware following the expiration of mainstream support.
For purposes of SAP Subscription Software, “current” means it is covered by Mainstream Maintenance or Extended Maintenance as it’s made available by SAP.
The Extended Maintenance Agreement shall only be valid as long as the equipment covered by it is properly installed, and is serviced by EndoSonics authorized personnel only.
