Buyer shall have the right to extend the Feasibility Period for a period of fifteen (15) days (the "Extended Feasibility Period") by serving written notice thereof upon Seller on or before the expiration of the Feasibility Period, provided that during the Extended Feasibility Period, Buyer shall only have the right to terminate this Agreement if Buyer fails to obtain a commitment for a Purchase Money Mortgage Loan on terms and conditions satisfactory to Buyer, in Buyer's sole discretion.
