extended cumulation definition

extended cumulation means a system, conditional upon the granting by the Commission, on a request lodged by a beneficiary country and whereby certain materials, originating in a country with which the Union has a free-trade agreement in accordance with Article XXIV of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) in force, are considered to be materials originating in the beneficiary country concerned when further processed or incorporated in a product manufactured in that country;
extended cumulation means the cumulation of origin referred to in Article 56(1) Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/2446.

  • Controlled Accumulation Amount means, for any Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, $86,904,833.34; provided, however, that, if the Controlled Accumulation Period Length is determined to be less than 12 months, the Controlled Accumulation Amount for each Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period will be equal to (i) the product of (x) the sum of the Class A Initial Invested Amount and the Class B Initial Invested Amount and (y) the Controlled Accumulation Period Factor for the related Monthly Period divided by (ii) the Required Accumulation Factor Number.

  • Subsequent Reset Date means the date or dates specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Accumulation Period has the meaning set forth in the Indenture Supplement.
