Expropriated definition

Expropriated means the taking of property for any public or quasi-public use under any statute or by any right of expropriation or condemnation or purchased under threat of such taking.

  • Sandstorm shall continue to additionally purchase Sandstorm Expropriated Metals from Entrée until such time as the balance of the Sandstorm Expropriated Metals shall be zero.
