Expressly provided definition

Expressly provided means to communicate intention by using language which clearly states in specific detail and not by inference or use of generalities. If the intention of a court order or spousal agreement was to express a former spouse's waiver of all rights to FSRDS and/or FSPS benefits based on marriage to a "principal," the order would not be accepted by DoS if such intention was expressed by using generic terms such as "former spouse waives all rights to property acquired during the marriage."
Expressly provided all references herein to a "Subsidiary" shall mean a Subsidiary of the Borrower.
