Examples of Express Use in a sentence

  • This Section 5.2 shall not apply to subscriptions and licenses for no fee, including a Cloud Service Free Trial License, Evaluation Use License, Express Use License, or a trial, evaluation or beta version of Customer Managed Software or Cloud Service.

  • This Express Use License to use the Customer Managed Software or Cloud Service commences on receipt, download or other acquisition of the Customer Managed Software or Cloud Service.

  • The Customer Managed Software or Cloud Service licensed for Express Use may include disabled features that require additional fees and conditions to use.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Sections 5 (Intellectual Property Indemnity), 7.1 (Customer Managed Software and Cloud Service Warranty), and 7.2 (Consulting Services Warranty) shall not apply to an Express Use License.

  • Upon Customer’s licensing of any Customer Managed Software or Cloud Service, Customer’s Express Use Licenses will expire and Customer shall cease use of all Express Use Licenses.

  • This Section 5.2 shall not apply to Software or Subscription Service licensed for no fee, including license granted under an Express Use, trial, beta or evaluation license agreement.

  • Subsequent to the conclusion of this Agreement, the Lessor does not warrant that the Lessee will be able to renew such licenses, consents, authorities, services or permits, the Lessee acknowledging that notwithstanding the Premises being offered in the condition or state set out in the Schedule (Express Use), this does necessarily mean that a renewal of such license, consents, authorities, services or permits will be automatic.

  • The Software licensed for Express Use may include disabled features that require additional fees and conditions to use.

  • The Concurrent User subscription allows the utilization of the program to be monitored for the number of users who are accessing the system at any given time and are controlled for their access rights as defined for an Express Use user in the security profiles.

  • An Express Use Authorized User is a unique person who is given access to the program through security controls.
