Express Service definition

Express Service means the process as set out in the Services Description (if any) for the Authority to place orders for new receptions and first night prisoners at any time for the Express Service;
Express Service means the Analysis Report will be provided by Vendor to Citizens the same day Vendor receives the sample.
Express Service means, in so far as buses plying on town service routes are concerned a service on town service route as prescribed in rule 258 of the Andhra Pradesh Motor Vehicles Rules and permitted to ply with limited halts as prescribed by the Transport Authority.

  • Notwithstanding the fact that Contractor has agreed to follow certain procedures, instructions and United Express Service Standards pursuant to this Agreement, United will have no supervisory power or control over any employees, agents or independent contractors engaged by Contractor in connection with its performance hereunder, and all complaints or requested changes in procedures made by United will, in all events, be transmitted by United to Contractor’s designated representatives.

  • Customer agrees not to use or attempt to use the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Express Service to engage in any transaction that is not specifically authorized and permitted or in any way that is in breach of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Customer acknowledges and agrees that from time to time, and at any time, with or without notice to Customer, Bank may make the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Express Service available through or using one or more unaffiliated third party service providers.

  • Customer agrees to be bound by and subject to the terms of any agreements entered into by and between Bank and any third party service providers or agents involved in the provision of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Express Service.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer may use the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Express Service, a secure online payments solution that accepts payments from Customer’s Payers.

  • Enrollment in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Express Service requires each Payer to agree to be bound by Customer’s Electronic ▇▇▇▇ Presentment and Payment Terms and Conditions, a copy of which will be provided to Customer by Bank upon request.
