Express Network means the trans-Atlantic fiber optic cable system consisting of six (6) fiber pairs and all associated facilities, equipment and other property comprising the low latency trans-Atlantic subsea cable system, between cable landing stations located at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Brean, England and Cork, Ireland.
