Express Fees. Amounts paid to outside carriers for express delivery when requested by Mosaic. Payment Cancellations and Stop Payments: Any payment requiring cancellation or a stop payment.   • L/C Fees means, with respect to an L/C, the amount calculated by multiplying (i) the face amount of that L/C by the rate for calculation of the L/C Fee specified in Section 2.6 by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the duration of the term of that L/C and the denominator of which is the number of days in the calendar year in question.
