Express Fees. Amounts paid to outside carriers for express delivery when requested by Mosaic. Payment Cancellations and Stop Payments: Any payment requiring cancellation or a stop payment. Pricing: Charge rates are based on projected costs and volumes, and are calculated to reflect the level of effort required for each service.
