Exposure Exchange definition

Exposure Exchange means the exchange of the Lenders’ interests provided in Section 2.11(c).
Exposure Exchange means the exchange of the Lenders’ interests provided in Section 2.10(c).

Examples of Exposure Exchange in a sentence

  • Each Obligor, each Lender and each Participant hereby consents and agrees to the Exposure Exchange and agrees that the Exposure Exchange shall be binding upon its successors and assigns and any Person that acquires a participation in any interests herein.

  • Any direct payment received by a Lender from and after the Exposure Exchange Date, including by way of setoff, in respect of a Designated Obligation shall be paid over to the Agent for distribution to the Lenders in accordance herewith.

Related to Exposure Exchange

  • Exposure Amount as of any date means, with respect to any Revolving Collateral Loan or Delayed Funding Loan, the excess of (a) the Borrower’s maximum funding commitment thereunder over (b) the Principal Balance of such Revolving Collateral Loan or Delayed Funding Loan. For the avoidance of doubt, Exposure Amounts in respect of a Defaulted Loan shall be included in the calculation of the Exposure Amount if the Borrower is at such time subject to contractual funding obligations with respect to such Defaulted Loan and such obligation has not ceased to be enforceable under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.

  • Exposure rate means the exposure per unit of time, such as roentgen per minute and milliroentgen per hour.

  • High-risk exposure period means the following time period:

  • Automatic exposure control or “AEC” means a device that automatically controls one or more technique factors to obtain at a preselected location a required quantity of radiation.

  • Total Exposure Amount means, on any date of determination (and without duplication), the outstanding principal amount of all Loans, the aggregate amount of all Letter of Credit Outstandings and the unfunded amount of the Commitments.
