Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.
air transport service means a service for the transport by air of persons, mails or any other thing, animate or inanimate, for any kind of remuneration whatsoever, whether such service consists of a single flight or series of flights;
Licensed Service means a service provided using Licensed Products or Licensed Methods, including, without limitation, any such service provided in the form of contract research or other research performed by Licensee on behalf of a third party.

Black Start Service means the capability of generating units to start without an outside electrical supply or the demonstrated ability of a generating unit with a high operating factor (subject to Transmission Provider concurrence) to automatically remain operating at reduced levels when disconnected from the grid.

Export Compliance You acknowledge that Licensor’s products and/or technology are subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (the “EAR”) and You agree to comply with the EAR. You will not export or re-export Licensor’s products, directly or indirectly, to: (1) any countries that are subject to US export restrictions; (2) any end user who You know or have reason to know will utilize Licensor’s products in the design, development or production of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons, or rocket systems, space launch vehicles, and sounding rockets, or unmanned air vehicle systems, except as authorized by the relevant government agency by regulation or specific license; or (3) any end user who has been prohibited from participating in the US export transactions by any federal agency of the US government. By downloading or using the Software, You are agreeing to the foregoing and You are representing and warranting that You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list. In addition, You are responsible for complying with any local laws in Your jurisdiction which may impact Your right to import, export or use Licensor’s products. Use, duplication, or disclosure of any Deliverables by the U.S. Government is subject to the restrictions in FAR 52.227-14 (Dec 2007) Alternate III (Dec 2007), FAR 52.227-19 (Dec 2007), or DFARS 252.227-7013(b)(3) (Nov 1995), or applicable successor clauses.
Goods and Services or "goods or services" means any work, labor, commodities, equipment, materials, or supplies of any tangible or intangible nature, except real property or any interest therein, provided or performed through a contract awarded by a purchasing agent, including goods and property subject to N.J.S.A. 12A:2-101 et seq.
Service Drop means the overhead service conductors from the service point to the connection to the service-entrance conductors at the building or other structure.
Export Controls means any and all applicable laws, rules or regulations controlling the export of any U.S. goods, technology or services, including, but not limited to, the Export Administration Act, the Arms Export Control Act, the Export Administration Regulations and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, each as amended from time to time.
End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.
Self-service display means the open display or storage of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia in a manner that is physically accessible in any way to the general public without the assistance of the retailer or employee of the retailer and a direct person-to-person transfer between the purchaser and the retailer or employee of the retailer. A vending machine is a form of Self-Service Display.

Transportation Service means a service for moving people and goods, such as intercity bus service and passenger rail service.
Export Control Laws means all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including (a) the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce, (b) trade and economic sanctions maintained by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, and (c) the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) maintained by the U.S. Department of State.
End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.
Wholesaler means any person, other than a vintner, brewer or bottler of beer or wine, who shall sell, barter, exchange, offer for sale, have in possession with intent to sell, deal or traffic in alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer. A wholesaler shall not sell for consumption upon the premises.
