Export Option definition

Export Option means a Software option that allows and enables the creation of Library Derivative Work that operates without License Keys or License Management System. Library Derivative Work means work in source or binary form that Licensee has derived from Licensed Libraries (including, without limitation, by incorporating, translating, or modifying, in whole or in part, any such Licensed Libraries), and which may incorporate substantial additional intellectual property and/or know- how compared with the Licensed Libraries, and which in source code or human readable format is either (i) dependent on Licensed Libraries, or (ii) automatically generated by Software, and which would constitute copyright infringement if made without Modelon's authorization. For the avoidance of doubt, a Licensee work in binary form incorporating in whole or in part one or more Licensed Libraries provided with the Software shall be considered as a Library Derivative Work of said one or more Licensed Libraries.
Export Option. MEANS THAT CERTAIN OPTION AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE COMPANY AND EXPORT, THE FORM OF WHICH IS ATTACHED TO THIS AGREEMENT AS EXHIBIT O.

Examples of Export Option in a sentence

  • Binary Output File means output generated by the Binary Model Export Option in the form of an application which may operate independently from any other application and based on the Customer Model.

  • As long as the Binary Model Export Option license is valid, DS grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and reproduce the Value Added Technology strictly as integrated in the Binary Output File in order to enable Users (and/or Extended Enterprise Users as applicable) to operate the Binary Output File exclusively for Customer’s internal use.

  • Binary Model Export Option means an option of the Licensed Program that will allow Customer to generate Binary Output Files.

  • As long as the access to and right to use the Online Services providing the Binary Model Export Option is valid, 3DS grants Customer a non- exclusive, non-transferable license to use and reproduce the Value Added Technology strictly as integrated in the Binary Output File in order to enable Users (and/or Extended Enterprise Users, as applicable) to operate the Binary Output File exclusively for Customer’s internal use.

  • As long as the access to and right to use the Online Services providing the Binary Model Export Option is valid, DS grants Customer a non- exclusive, non-transferable license to use and reproduce the Value Added Technology strictly as integrated in the Binary Output File in order to enable Users (and/or Extended Enterprise Users, as applicable) to operate the Binary Output File exclusively for Customer’s internal use.

  • Binary Model Export Option means an option of the Online Service that will allow Customer to generate Binary Output Files.

  • The distribution of Net Pool Price from the Export Option Pool and the HFS Pool (and any other pool established by the Marketing Agent) shall be based on the Product committed by each member to such pool and payments shall be made following the procedure set forth above for Primary Pool payments.

  • Marketing Agent and Processor agree that the Products to be sold by Marketing Agent hereunder shall be pooled for each Fiscal Year with Products of the other members of Marketing Agent, as set forth in Section 5 hereof There shall initially be the following three (3) pools for Products: (a) Primary Pool, (b) Export Option Pool, and (c) High Fructose Syrup ("HFS") Pool.

Related to Export Option

  • Reload Option means any Option granted under Section 6(a)(iv) of the Plan.

  • Nonstatutory Stock Option means an Option not intended to qualify as an Incentive Stock Option.

  • Shoe Option means the Initial Purchasers’ option to purchase up to seventy five million dollars ($75,000,000) aggregate principal amount of additional Notes as provided for in the Purchase Agreement.

  • ISO means any Option intended to be and designated as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code.

  • Share Option means a Nonqualified Share Option or an Incentive Share Option.
