Export Customers definition

Export Customers means Customers who order Goods to be supplied outside of the United Kingdom.
Export Customers means those customers whose principal facilities are located outside of the United States of America, but Export Customers shall not mean the companies listed on EXHIBIT A hereto and/or domestic Customers who purchase Tin Mill Products for delivery to and use at facilities located outside of the United States.
