Export Credit Facility definition

Export Credit Facility means the agreement between the Purchaser and the Lender pursuant to which Purchaser obtains a loan backed by the COFACE from such Lender for the purpose of financing a portion of this Contract.
Export Credit Facility means the USD 60,000,000 loan facility with Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) as lender and guaranteed by the Norwegian Export Credit Guarantee Agency.

Examples of Export Credit Facility in a sentence

  • The Borrower must apply all amounts borrowed by it under the Facility towards the refinancing of the funding made or to be made available by the Borrower to the Export Credit Borrower under the Export Credit Facility Agreement.

  • As of EDC2, for the payment of the balance of the Price for Phase 1 and 2 and LLI for 6 Spacecraft from Phase 3), Purchaser has entered into an Export Credit Facility.

  • Such adjustment of program activities is to limit Contractor’s financial exposure under the Contract pending completion of Export Credit Facility by Purchaser.

  • The Baht and/or foreign currency equivalent to Baht facility as Import and Export Credit Creditors agree but not exceeding the Import and Export Credit Facility Limit provided by the Import and Export Credit Creditors to the Borrower under the terms and conditions of this Agreement for the aggregate amount of not exceeding Baht 270,000,000 (Two Hundred Seventy Million Baht).

  • The Borrower must ensure that its payment obligations under the Finance Documents at all times rank at least pari passu with the claims of all its other unsecured and unsubordinated creditors including the claim from [Nederlandse Waterschapsbank N.V.] 13/[BNG Bank N.V.]14 under the Export Credit Refinancing Agreement – CIRR dated the date hereof and relating to the same Export Credit Facility Agreement, except for obligations mandatorily preferred by law applying to companies generally.

  • As a result thereof, all invoices from the Contractor issued after EDC2 shall be paid to the Contractor according to the payment plan in Exhibit F and through drawings under the Export Credit Facility.

  • The Borrower is the lender under the Export Credit Facility Agreement.

  • No Default (as defined in the Export Credit Facility Agreement) is continuing.

Related to Export Credit Facility

  • Bank Credit Facility means any credit agreement or working capital facility among the Company and/or its Subsidiaries and one or more lenders, as such credit agreement or working capital facility may be amended, renewed, extended, substituted, refinanced, restructured, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified (including with other lenders) from time to time, regardless of whether any other credit agreement or working capital facility or any portion thereof was outstanding or in effect at the time of such amendment, renewal, extension, substitution, refinancing, restructuring, replacement, supplement or modification.

  • Revolving Credit Facility means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the Revolving Credit Lenders’ Revolving Credit Commitments at such time.

  • Revolving Credit Facilities means the collective reference to the Dollar Revolving Credit Facility and the Alternative Currency Revolving Credit Facility.

  • Credit Facility shall include any agreement or instrument (1) changing the maturity of any Indebtedness Incurred thereunder or contemplated thereby, (2) adding Subsidiaries of the Company as additional borrowers or guarantors thereunder, (3) increasing the amount of Indebtedness Incurred thereunder or available to be borrowed thereunder or (4) otherwise altering the terms and conditions thereof.

  • New Credit Facility is defined in Section 9.8.
