Examples of Export Account in a sentence
Each Export Account, at the time it comes into existence, will be a true and correct statement of: (i) the bona fide indebtedness of the Buyer named thereon; and (ii) the amount of the Export Account for such Export Inventory sold and delivered to, or for services performed for and accepted by, such Buyer, net of any charges, adjustments, discounts or other reductions whatsoever.
A single order credit approval will be automatically withdrawn: (i) in the event Delivery is not made on or prior to the expiration date indicated on the written single order credit confirmation form ▇▇▇▇▇▇ sends to Client; or (ii) in the event any change is made in the payment terms or delivery date of the Export Account.
In the event that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ has remitted the purchase price of an Export Account that is subsequently the subject of a Dispute by a Buyer, then Client shall promptly repay ▇▇▇▇▇▇ the amount of such remittance less all amounts not disputed by the Buyer.
Credit approvals will be withdrawn automatically with respect to any Export Account for which Client fails to assign such Export Account to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ within fifteen (15) days of shipment of the goods (but in no event later than 15 days prior to the due date of such Export Account).
