Exploration Stage definition

Exploration Stage means the period described in Article 2 of this Agreement.
Exploration Stage means a prospect that is not yet in either the development or production stage.

  • For an Exploration Stage Extension The Lessee may, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 of article 5 of the Hydrocarbons Law apply for an exploration stage extension (an "Exploration Stage Extension").

  • Based on the results of the program, the Technical Committee will review and, if appropriate, accept some or all of the Recommended Land Areas and Additional Land Areas for further work to be conducted through the Exploration Drilling Stage (the "Generative Exploration Stage").

  • For a Basic Exploration Stage Subject as hereinafter provided, the basic exploration stage (the "Basic Exploration Stage") shall subsist for eight 8 years.
