Although the basic form of assessments was retained, changes were made in the requirements of training and the mechanism of applications with a view to improving the following aspects: • Explicitness in ruling the APC requirements and guiding the candidates.
Sexually Explicit Material means any depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.
Verbal abuse means, but is not limited to, the use of derogatory terms or names, undue voice volume and rude comments, orders or responses to residents.
Intentional Wrongdoing means an act or omission taken or omitted by a Party with knowledge or intent that injury or damage could reasonably be expected to result.
Sexual abuse means actual or threatened physical intrusion of a sexual nature, whether by force or under unequal or coercive conditions.
Express consent means the express agreement of a Customer to contract with a Communications Provider, or to transfer their Public Electronic Communications Service(s) or port their Telephone Number(s), where the Communications Provider has obtained such consent in a manner which has enabled the Customer to make an informed choice;
