Explicit Confirmation definition

Explicit Confirmation means the requirement that the Confirming Party respond to a Request for Confirmation or initiate an unsolicited Confirmation Response. Absent mutual agreement to the contrary, Explicit Confirmation is the default confirmation methodology.
