Produce Specification definition
Produce Specification means the grade/class as stamped on the packaging in which the Produce is contained when Delivered.
Examples of Produce Specification in a sentence
The Grower must not dispatch Produce to the Merchant that: does not comply with the Product Specifications; does not comply with the Produce Specification Requirements; has not been solicited by the Merchant; and notwithstanding subclauses 5.4(a), 5.4(b) and 5.4(c), where this Agreement has not been agreed to in writing by the Grower.
