Expert Process definition

Expert Process means the process for resolution of disputes by an Expert set out in the Dispute Resolution Process
Expert Process means the process for resolution of disputes by an Expert set out in the Dispute Resolution Process Extension Infrastructure means “Total Extension Infrastructure” (as defined in the Extension Infrastructure Sub-Lease).

Examples of Expert Process in a sentence

  • If a Dispute referred to in clause 3.6(c)(ii)(B) is not resolved in accordance with the CEO Process, then the Dispute must be referred to an Expert to determine the Detriment Amount in respect of the Aurizon Detriment in accordance with the Expert Process.

  • If a Dispute referred to in clause 3.5(c)(ii)(B) is not resolved in accordance with the CEO Process, then the Dispute must be referred to an Expert to determine the Detriment Amount in respect of the Trustee Detriment in accordance with the Expert Process.

  • Procurement Process means the process commenced by the issuing of this Invitation and concluding upon the award of a contract (or other outcome as determined by Tetra Tech International Development) or upon the earlier termination of the process

Order coordination for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date and Choctaw will be advised.

  • Adjudicatory proceeding means a contested case, a proceeding that may culminate in a contested case, a petition for declaratory order, a petition for expedited resolution of a negotiability dispute, or any other proceeding which may require the board or its designee to issue a decision, order, or ruling.

  • Dispute Resolution Process means the process described in clause 9

  • Care coordination means a process-oriented activity to facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration to meet multiple needs. Care coordination includes facilitating communication between the family, natural supports, community resources, and involved providers and agencies; organizing, facilitating and participating in team meetings; and providing for continuity of care by creating linkages to and managing transitions between levels of care and transitions for young adults in transition to adult services.

  • In process means the student has received at least one dose of the required immunizations and is waiting the minimum time interval to receive the additional dose(s).

  • Care Coordinator means the professional who assists members in care coordination as described in paragraph 78.53(1)“b.”

  • Disruption of the educational process means the interruption of classwork, the creation of disorder, or the invasion of the rights of a student or group of students.

  • Professional Fee Order means the order entered by the Bankruptcy Court on July 16, 2001, authorizing the interim payment of Professional Claims, as may be amended from time to time prior to the entry on the docket of the Confirmation Order.
