Expert Pool definition

Expert Pool means the team of Key Experts proposed to be engaged by a Bidder, if selected as the Consultant, to perform the Services, which at a minimum must include such number of Key Experts, as specified in paragraph 6.3.5 of the Terms of Reference and Form FIN-3 of the RFP. It is clarified that the Expert Pool will not include any Programme Support Staff.

  • Mortgage Pool The pool of Mortgage Loans, identified on Schedule 1 from time to time, and any REO Properties acquired in respect thereof.
