Experian Data definition

Experian Data means any files, works, materials, information, data, and other content, in any format that is provided or made available by or on behalf of Experian, its Affiliates or Personnel. All output, copies, reproductions, improvements, modifications, adaptations, translations and other derivative works of, based on, derived from or otherwise using any Experian Data are themselves also Experian Data. For the avoidance of doubt, Experian Data includes Experian Personal Data but does not include any component of the Services or material provided by or on behalf of Supplier.
Experian Data. Any of the data and/or databases supplied by Experian in connection with this Agreement and includes any Documentation but excludes Experian Materials;
Experian Data means any electronic data and content, including Personal Information, of Experian, that (i) is provided or made available by or on behalf of Experian or its Affiliates to Supplier under the Purchase Order for the purposes of performing Services thereunder or otherwise collected, generated, or received by Supplier in connection with the Agreement; or (b) results or arises from access or use of the same by or on behalf of Experian or its Affiliates, including any end user profile, visit, session, impression, click through or click stream data and any statistical or other analysis, information or data based on or derived from any of the foregoing. All output, copies, reproductions, improvements, modifications, adaptations, reports, translations and other derivative works of, based on, derived from or otherwise created using any Experian Data are themselves also Experian Data. For the avoidance of doubt, Experian Data includes Personal Information but does not include any component of the Services or Material provided by or on behalf of Supplier.

Examples of Experian Data in a sentence

  • Except to the extent expressly authorized in a Schedule and only with respect to the Experian Confidential Information necessary for the provision of the Products identified in the applicable Schedule, Supplier shall not access, transfer, export, process or use any Confidential Information of Experian, including Experian Data, outside the United States.

  • Further, for the sake of clarity, except as contemplated in this Section 3.4, Supplier shall not, and shall ensure that Supplier’s Personnel do not, access, directly or indirectly, from, transfer to, or use of any Confidential Information of Experian, including Experian Data, from outside the United States.

  • Experian and its licensors have and shall retain all right, title, and interest in and to all Experian Materials and Experian Confidential Information (including Experian Data).

  • All Supplier Personnel who will: (a) have access to an Experian network; (b) have access to, or the capability to view or use Experian Data; or (c) be on Experian premises for more than one day and issued an access badge (for clarity, individuals who are issued visitor badges and are escorted onsite by an Experian staff member for the entirety of their visit do not fall under this criterion) must pass a criminal background check and general background investigation.

  • Client shall not acquire any license to use the Services, Experian Data or any Experian Confidential Information in excess of the scope and/or duration described in the Agreement.

  • Any direct or indirect access to, transfer, or use of the Services, Experian Confidential Information or Experian Data outside the United States or its territories shall require the prior written approval of Experian.

  • Upon any termination of the Agreement or a Schedule, Client shall immediately cease using the applicable Services, Experian Data and Experian Confidential Information in its possession.

  • The parties agree that Confidential Information does not include Experian Data or Client Data.

  • Nothing contained in the Agreement shall be deemed to convey to Client or to any other party any ownership interest in or to any intellectual property or data provided in connection with the Services, Experian Data or Experian Confidential Information.

  • Client shall not access, transfer, or use the Services, Experian Confidential Information or Experian Data outside the United States or its territories.

Related to Experian Data

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Billing information means any data that enables any person to access a customer’s or donor’s account, such as a credit card, checking, savings, share or similar account, utility bill, mort- gage loan account, or debit card.

  • Federal contract information means information, not intended for public release, that is provided by or generated for the Government under a contract to develop or deliver a product or service to the Government, but not including information provided by the Government to the public (such as on public Web sites) or simple transactional information, such as necessary to process payments.

  • Transaction Data means observable prices, rates, indices or values representing transactions between unaffiliated counterparties in an active market subject to competitive supply and demand forces;

  • Open Book Data means complete and accurate financial and non-financial information which is sufficient to enable the Customer to verify the Call Off Contract Charges already paid or payable and Call Off Contract Charges forecast to be paid during the remainder of this Call Off Contract, including details and all assumptions relating to: the Supplier’s Costs broken down against each Good and/or Service and/or Deliverable, including actual capital expenditure (including capital replacement costs) and the unit cost and total actual costs of all hardware and software; operating expenditure relating to the provision of the Services including an analysis showing: the unit costs and quantity of goods and any other consumables and bought-in services; manpower resources broken down into the number and grade/role of all Supplier Personnel (free of any contingency) together with a list of agreed rates against each manpower grade; a list of Costs underpinning those rates for each manpower grade, being the agreed rate less the Supplier’s Profit Margin; and Overheads; all interest, expenses and any other third party financing costs incurred in relation to the provision of the Services; the Supplier Profit achieved over the Call Off Contract Period and on an annual basis; confirmation that all methods of Cost apportionment and Overhead allocation are consistent with and not more onerous than such methods applied generally by the Supplier; an explanation of the type and value of risk and contingencies associated with the provision of the Services, including the amount of money attributed to each risk and/or contingency; and the actual Costs profile for each Service Period.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.

For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain a provisional Authority to Operate (ATO) at the Moderate Level from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Joint Authorization Board (JAB) or Federal Agency for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.

  • Dataset means the data specified in Appendix 1 (Environmental Information) to Schedule 11.2 (Management Information) as the same may be amended from time to time by the Secretary of State (acting reasonably);

  • Teacher Data is defined as at least the following: Social security number. Date of birth. Personal street address. Personal email address. Personal telephone number Performance evaluations. Other information that, alone or in combination, is linked or linkable to a specific teacher, paraprofessional, principal, or administrator that would allow a reasonable person in the school community, who does not have personal knowledge of the relevant circumstances, to identify any with reasonable certainty. Information requested by a person who the department reasonably believes or knows the identity of the teacher, paraprofessional, principal, or administrator to whom the education record relates.

  • Raw Data means the primary quantitative and empirical data first collected from experiments and clinical trials conducted within the scope of this CRADA.

  • Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Anonymous Data means Personal Data that has been processed in such a manner that it can no longer be attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.

  • Information Regulator means the Information Regulator as established in terms of Section 39 of POPIA;
