Expenses Component definition

Expenses Component means, with reference to each Receivable the management fees and any other fees or expenses (other than the fees and expenses included in the Principal Component and the Interest Component) due as part of the relevant Instalment as from (and including) the Financial Effective Date with reference to the Initial Receivables and from (and including) the relevant Valuation Date with reference to the Subsequent Receivables.

Examples of Expenses Component in a sentence

  • In the absence of manifest error or written dispute by Party A or FSA within ten Local Business Days of receipt, such revised Expenses Component Table shall be binding on the parties, and the Calculation Agent shall provide written notice thereof to the Valuation Agent.

  • The Calculation Agent shall provide a draft of the revised Expenses Component Table, together with reasonable evidence to support its calculations, to Party A and FSA.

  • The resulting amounts shall be added to, or subtracted from, the amounts in the Expenses Component Table for all purposes going forward from the time such calculation is agreed or deemed applicable.
