Expensed Items definition
Expensed Items means supplies and similar consumable material on hand at the Facility that are related to and of a nature customarily used in the Business (other than such supplies and materials associated with any Excluded Assets).
Expensed Items means the items which have been expensed during the current fiscal year as set out in Schedule C.

For purposes of this Section 13, the Expensed Items shall be valued at sixty (60%) percent of replacement cost as determined by current manufacturer's dealer cost.
