In the event that any Expenditure Request exceeds the allocable portion of the Exploration Budget for the applicable Expenditure Period by more than ten percent (10%), GRC shall provide a written explanation to HLM of the reasons for such variance.

HLM further represents and warrants that it has, or will have at the time each Expenditure Request is due, sufficient funds available to satisfy its funding obligations under this Contribution Agreement.
HLM shall contribute the HLM Contribution to the Company, payable in installments in accordance with the Expenditure Request procedure set forth in Section 3.2. The HLM Contribution shall constitute the Funding Amount.
