Expendable Parts definition

Expendable Parts means those parts which must routinely be replaced during Inspection, repair, or maintenance, whether or not such parts have been damaged, and other parts which are customarily replaced at each such Inspection and maintenance period such as filter inserts and other short-lived items which are not dependent on wear out but replaced at predetermined intervals.
Expendable Parts means those Spare Parts that, once used, cannot be re-used, and if not serviceable, cannot be overhauled or repaired.
Expendable Parts means (i) Serviced Parts used in the repair and overhaul of the Serviced Airframe, any Serviced Engines and other Rotable Parts that are assumed to have no potential for reuse and miscellaneous materials and supplies consumed during the repair and overhaul process, and (ii) Serviced Parts that have some potential for repair but that are customarily assumed to be expended.

More Definitions of Expendable Parts

Expendable Parts means those nonreusable Parts, as determined by IAE, which are required to be replaced during inspection or Reconditioning, regardless of the condition of the Part.
