Expedited Payment means a One Time Payment that we process on an expedited schedule upon your request in ▇▇▇▇ Pay. External Account is your checking or savings account at another U.S. financial institution (i) to which you are transferring funds from your Eligible Transaction Account or (ii) from which you are transferring funds to your Eligible Transaction Account, using the External Transfer Service.
