Expected Start Date. Means the date in Part 1 as the expected start date. “Federal Funds Effective Rate” - Means, for any Day, the interest rate per annum equal to the rate published as the Federal Funds Effective Rate by the Federal Reserve Bank in its release H.15 (519) (or, if such Day is not a Business Day, for the preceding Business Day).
