Expected Standard means using standards, practices, methods and procedures conforming to law and exercising that degree of skill and care, diligence, prudence and foresight which would reasonably and ordinarily be expected from a skilled and experienced person engaged in a similar type of undertaking and in circumstances where services are being supplied for use in critical clinical environments; and

The Contractor shall procure that the terms and the implementation of such policies and procedures comply with Law and the Expected Standard and that they are published in written form and that copies of them (and any revisions and amendments to them) are forthwith issued by BT.
