Expected Sinking Fund Schedule definition
Expected Sinking Fund Schedule means, with respect to any Tranche, the expected sinking fund schedule related thereto set forth in the Series Supplement.
Expected Sinking Fund Schedule means Schedule A to this Supplement.
Expected Sinking Fund Schedule means a schedule specifying for any Term Bonds the Scheduled Sinking Fund Redemption Dates, Scheduled Outstanding Amounts, Scheduled Sinking Fund Payments and Minimum Remaining Outstanding Amounts. The Expected Sinking Fund Schedules for the Bonds that are Term Bonds are included in Section 2.02(e).
Examples of Expected Sinking Fund Schedule in a sentence
Failure to pay principal in accordance with such Expected Sinking Fund Schedule because moneys are not available pursuant to Section 8.02 to make such payments shall not constitute a Default or Event of Default under this Indenture; provided, however that failure to pay the entire unpaid principal amount of the Recovery Bonds of a Tranche upon the Final Maturity Date for the Recovery Bonds shall constitute a Default or Event of Default under this Indenture.
